At Jaagriti Helpful Foundation, we value every contribution and donation made towards our mission of social welfare and community development. We take utmost care to process donations and other transactions with transparency and accountability.
However, as all donations and contributions go directly towards charitable activities, we follow a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below:
1. Donations
- All donations made to Jaagriti Helpful Foundation are non-refundable.
- Once a donation has been received through any mode (online, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque), it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.
- In case of any duplicate payment due to technical error, or if the donor believes an error has occurred, they are requested to contact us immediately.
We will verify the details and process a refund (if found valid) within 7–10 working days.
2. Event / Program Fees
- If you have registered for an event, workshop, or training program conducted by the foundation, the registration fee may be refunded or adjusted only in case of:
- Event cancellation by the organization.
- Double payment due to technical error.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the same mode of payment used during the transaction.
3. Tax Exemption Receipts
Once a donation receipt or 80G certificate (if applicable) has been issued, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances as per income tax guidelines.
4. Policy Changes
Jaagriti Helpful Foundation reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The revised policy will be published on our website with a new effective date.
